Even though in-person theatre and dance are back in full swing, in the name of accessibility we’re continuing to round up performances to watch online from the comfort of home. Theater in Quarantine: The 7th Voyage of Egon Tichy

Theater in Quarantine’s trippy and hilarious The 7th Voyage of Egon Tichy [redux] is one of the breakout hits of this year’s Under the Radar fest. But a virtual incarnation of the show, about a space traveler caught in a time loop who interacts with other iterations of himself, premiered online in 2020. You can check out this acclaimed pandemic experiment and many other Theater in Quarantine productions that fused live performance and prerecorded videos on the company’s YouTube channel. I also highly recommend the troupe’s haunting take on Nosferatu.

National Theatre at Home: Andrew Scott in Vanya

One of the buzziest shows opening this spring is the London transfer of Andrew Scott’s one-man Vanya, which is running March 11 to May 4 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre. Tickets currently start at $399!! But you can watch a recording of his acclaimed, Olivier-nominated performance for just $12 thanks to National Theatre at Home. It’s just one of many fantastic National Theatre shows you can stream, so be sure to browse the entire list.
